There is also an issue of just having Edge installed makes it your default PDF reader. Is there any way to hide all shortcuts to launch Microsoft Edge? I don't see any GPOs that let you do as much as even disabling Javascript from running on Edge, Since there is no option to uninstall Microsoft Edge in Windows 10 Pro, what can be done to block users from going online with Microsoft Edge other than taking the entire workstation of the Internet? We need to some way to prevent users on Windows 10 Pro workstations from surfing the net using Microsoft Edge, You can set the homepage and set a default set of Favorites, but nothing that really locks it down. You can configure a policy to set IE as "default" browser, but that does nothing to restrict use of Microsoft Edge. I don't see any option completely lock down the settings like you can in IE. The group available group policies for configuring Microsoft Edge seem pretty limited.
